Meditation

Meditation is a practice, or a set of techniques used to train attention, awareness, mindfulness, and focused attention to achieve a clear, calm, and stable mental state. These consciousness-changing techniques has been shown to have a wide number of benefits on psychological well-being.


One of my favorite bible verses quotes: “Joshua 1:8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”
